Cancellations
When booking, a AU $500.00 deposit is required. This is non refundable. It can be used on future bookings within twelve months.
We accept Visa & Mastercard
If cancelled, our policy states:
- If cancelled up to 24 days prior to pick up no fee is charged less your AU$ 500.00 non refundable deposit.
- If cancelled 11 to 24 days prior to pick up, a fee of 20% of the total rental cost will be charged.
- If cancelled 5 to 10 days prior to pick up, a fee of 50% of the total rental cost will be charged.
- If cancelled within 3 days prior to pick up, or if the renter does not collect the vehicle, the full amount of the total rental cost will be charged.
- If the vehicle is returned early for any reason, no refund will be given.
